Since we hardly ever get real snow in Texas, we decided to call this treat a Texas Snowball , yes, we know it's not white. We took the filling out of our Praline Pecan Pie, rolled it into bite-size balls and coated them in dark chocolate. You sure won't be throwing these at anyone. And since Texas is known for its heat, try our new! Fiery Texas Snowballs we've added Habanero to give them a hot & spicy kick that contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the other ingredients.
